Hey Pitt, as I mentioned above, I thought PGC could be an interesting fit, definitely a company in an expansion phase, with 3 acquisitions bedded down in the past 18mths, also have a decent cash balance building too. But agree, I think this 8.6c offer will struggle unless it's revised upwards..
