At some point when? Both have significant land packages that will keep them busy for at least the next decade.
I don't see TNR having much leverage, their ground is mostly proximinal to the Zuileika - their risk is ensuing they have the funds to keep their large tenement package in good standing - they need to find something substantial quickly.
