They are just following their short term momentum to the CR price or slightly lower. Like @drui, that has mostly been my frequent observation when a CR occurs. Most retail investors don't want to pay a premium to a bunch of worms in suits so they will sit and wait for an "safe" entry point.
In my case I usually try to hold out for 10% below as a safety margin unless there is a compelling time constrained reason such as attached options.
Now they've closed at 0.81, and given they are not a high volume share and they don't have an enthusiastic retail following in a "hot" industry, I'd expect they will slip a bit lower over time. Then we wait for news of a good integration, a big contract or the next report.
