fyi - there are two SEC doco's that refer to Total being the "aggregator" of the GLNG offtake agreements..........
this is where the "annual nomination" comes from
I suspect that Total has back to back with Kogas / PETRONAS. (this is in a kogas set of accounts).........and also this is where the debt "crux" lies ......
I believe this is why the debt repayment was made during the last Q ......and I (strongly suspect) it is the ECA debt (supporting facilities)......
we wil know when the accounts come out.
as you say - collaboration would have been a better outcome.
