Interesting reports Angers; moreso the quality of the author Fox-Davies London giving a BUY SGL.
A few observations:
1. SGL resource potential with the extent of leased areas (forming one of the largest in Australia with apprx 25000kms2) plus multiple coal seams with advanced SIS drilling enabling upto 4SIS directional holes per well and the possible conventional plays probably makes SGL resources truely understated rather than limited; ripe for T/O
2. Most of value comment is focussed on ONLY camden. SGL needs to better explain that its other resources offer substantial improvement in capacity.
3. There has been no news for a considerable period but the results previously announced would suggest that current production is rising and would be putting pressure on AGL in regard to further payment
4. The register is open which may enable the suspicion that an interested party may be able to readily absorb stock without leveraging price.
Need to get & read FD Report, but SGL holds potential of significant non-contrated 2P resource which is an envialble position as eastern market moves toward CBM as a principal energy source throug 2008/09
Is there any other info which you consider valuable reading on SGL
