There is nothing wrong with MRX that a bit of fresh news would not fix.
We haven't heard a peep from the company for some time. However, MRX management has not been sitting its hands, and once tax-loss selling is finished, I wouldn't be at all surprised to see a fresh round of announcements.
Remember too that although overshadowed by the rise in the price of gold, the copper price has continued to advance in recent months.
