    With respect Tony000, your comments re PEL backing any candidate in the Phillipine elections are totally incorrect and the suggestion that they bought someone a motor vehicle is ridiculous.

    I have no idea where you are coming from with your comments on PEL but it's clear that your ''knowldege'' is, shall we say, tainted.
