Yes, I found a notable example of consolidation and share price drop - AIB Bank, in Ireland, just before Govt. took 94% ownership!

In 'normal life' I do not see there to be a statistical footing that SP will drop if shares are Consolidate.

I still believe it would be positive to reduce the total number of shares on issue and have us trading at 30¢ rather than 3¢, I recommend and urge the Board Consolidate 10:1.
