I'm liking the comment and speculation about OXX's next moves on
HC - I personally think Ascalon deserves a retention lease but am dubious Cornea will ever be able to be developed economically.

I think OXXs next move will be from left field - they have some cash (hopefully serious cash.....) coming in for the next 3 plus years - they are going to buy or takeover something.

My 2 cents....

It's time for everyone that has been patiently waiting / definitely including Mr Albers in that statement!
