What I'm saying is that the accumulator or potential accumulator is trying to make it look as weak as possible to influence the price to go as low as possible, so that they can eventually accumulate at the lowest possible point. That is, how its done! Those people will make a killing. I bet you the same people/person who placed that dummy bid a 10c (and it is a dummy bid no question) are the same ones that want to accumulate more.
