Ann: Sale of Georgia Properties, page-2

Looks like we took a 75K loss on the sale of the properties. Bit strange, I thought residential prices were slowly increasing in the USA. Anyway, if as they say they will part of the proceeds of the sale to pay a ( belated) dividend,, I would have thought at least 660k from the 1.8 mill proceeds could be allocated to divvies, meaning somewhere around a 2c divvy ( Australian cents) . Seems fair and reasonable to me. Hope we don't get short-changed.
