get onto the RRTO's - they are a gift for punters who think RRT is going above $1.00 before 31 Mar 2008 - if RRT move to $1.20 before then, the RRTO's will yield about a 1000% return from current levels of $0.018
I scooped more up this morning... hehehehe
I've got my RRT's as well and I'm looking forward to collecting that juicy 12% yield on the distribution~!!
who says property isn't sexy?? this thing rocks with the mega-leverage at play... a company with a market cap of $350millon controlling a property portfolio in excess of $2billion~!! Even after Allco tales their slice of the action, there is plenty left for unitholders!!
and some of you older folk may recall after the 1987 stock market carnage, property kicked on for a few more years in a monster boom (it ended in tears of course in 1989/90) so RRT is possibly also a good hedge bet against a sharemarket collapse?
I want to say we can't lose, but that would be just a little bit too optimistic~!! hahaha
