Retention, lets see. I hope you are correct but Im extremely fearful. Im hearing 30%+ turnover numbers. I know as we have a number of ex Cardno engineers and senior managers on staff. Im working in the Middle East atm so cant comment on current Australian situations other than
hearing a lot of whinging about skilled immigration. That's right us Germans want to steal all the Engineering jobs you have thereAt least it avoids dealing with other Germans, trust me it is painful.
