I've always thought that the subscription business was already at a very mature stage and most likely the fundamental reason why it was sold. It needed new ideas and new money which was very hard to get at that time. What I'd really like to know is what contribution that business has made to the rest of CM8's other businesses to see what "value" CM8 received from its purchase of Track and where they would be had they not done so.
If this was a truly open minded and pragmatic forum I'm sure that that should generate some very interesting contributions.
