I am not surprised RHL has not done anything in over 5 years - was around $3.50 in July 2012 - $3.11 today. My opinion is that they had a good plan buying a strategic stake in ELD . Then they got a bit carried away and thought that livestock exports were good. Then we all found out that there were irregularities in ELD exports... They sold out of ELD but had to keep the livestock traders they acquired ... and in fact ELD have been doing ( my opinion) far better than RHL
Personally I think that now having an active investment arm has allowed SOL to be far more active in its investment management and that sounds good to me. I am hoping that deal flow increases as well.
