Just to get things in perspective regarding the THX....Bill Richmond deal. Both have preempt rights should either sell. So under these circumstances you would rightly think that Bill would have to be going it alone. The minute he offers to another party any part of the deal, he has to give THX the preempt rights to match the new deal.
Does that make sense?
