Second post here guys. SVH looks like it could have some benefit as a long term pick, looks as though they are having some milestone issues with the construction of the new casino and hotel, however once the casino is operational, will the customer come? It seems the airport is still a while away from being upgraded. Do you think the Chinese market would travel to the casino in Nepal, or do you think they would travel to Macau or closer casinos instead? Have done a bit of research, however I think this could be a winner if held on to for long enough and management have a strong strategy - in conjunction with the efficient operations of a business when it is operational.
