And that is why Placha got the boot and his performance shares were cancelled.
But the new bloke now has to tell the market what his vision is, how to get there and when.
Placha was part of the founding team but has no skills to grow the company,
Yes Touchstone is handy to dish out a few sales but the real reason for listing was for commercial contracts and after this mob had control for a year not one has come,
The commercial contracts potentially could make the govt orders like a wee in the ocean,
And this will be CFO contracts not Touchstone, but they have to show potential customers they can deliver such product, and this will need real expansion.
So I expect in the quarterly by Monday night or before trade on Tuesday more detail on what his thoughts and plans are,
I know he has not had much time but he was appointed on the 10th and obviously would have been approached before that and did his own DD before being appointed.
His packaged is strongly linked to shareprice performance and not revenue so this is exactly what I like to see as an investment, just remains if he can drive the sp to levels to get full performance shares which is $1.20
This is none of this continued excuses or debottleknecking rubbish we have heard for a year,
This is purely based on sp and a price of $1.20 per share.
No doubting what he has accepted as a reward, $3 mill if he gets sp to $1.20 and this has to happen by end of year 2019 so he has even put a deadline on his reward, that's around 5 times what it is now, and remember that is 30 days VWAP so it is not just spiking at $1.20
Now we just need to see more detail,
Expand
Totally agree with you. I like the fact that his package is linked to share price performance, this also tells us indirectly there is no further dilution( CR).
