Enlitic, the San Francisco, California-based deep learning business, could be considering listing on the ASX, the Australian Financial Review reported.
According to the unsourced report in the paper’s Street Talk column, Enlitic's management has been meeting with Australian fund managers recently with the assistance of Shaw and Partners, sparking talk of a possible IPO.
The item noted that Enlitic could be worth over AUD 100m (USD 79m) should it list in the next six months. The company has previously raised funds at an AUD 50m valuation, the paper said.
Enlitic is 20% owned by Capitol Health [ASX:CAJ].
