Ann: Update on operational platform and management change, page-14

S there's been positives in the anns...plant and the like...but let's face it the market's formed an impression and it's reflected by the SP.
Point is we need a shake up/new start to get some excitement back into this Co.
It raised a huge amount of interest during the IPO...way that it's been handled since shows amature's were at the wheel and Skyscraper was the first to call it.
Now let's see if the new guy can claw back that enthusiasm from the market.
