Am looking into REIT's for the first time. Anyone know why the management expense ratio of this REIT is so high? commsec is quoting 29.5%. Most others are sitting below 0.5%.
Same deal with the P/B value. Does this REIT not actually own any of the land it leases out?
The main reason I was looking into this particular stock is potential benefits from the downsizing grant may give this group some unexpected earnings.
