Not aware of a holcim deal is that the same company?
I note that Schlumberger and Halliburton have beaten earnings estimates.
This bodes well for the PPI business (one of the non-core) which had weighed heavily on previous results. After management "flexed" the cost base as they put it with their crocodile grin.
It will be interesting to see how much this thing can earn. I had to trim down to 85,000@$0.4 but I am still very interested in the future of this company.
It's still a pretty large position for me.
As PPI is up for sale perhaps it will get an offer at a reasonable price now.
