Yeah I saw that as well now (didn't show in my course of sales for ages), right at the close, above the previous low support level.
Technicals aside, there is a fundamental oversell here ... retail and hospitality sectors were stronger than expected and likely to grow further into 1H 17/18, this will flow through to SGP bottom line along with the fact commercial land values have not experienced anywhere near the rate of drop off in value growth drop off as inner city res apartments have. Thus the NTA to share price is really quite favourable
Shorts down too as I said before. Bloody scary time to short so I don't blame em closing positions! Should be more bull and bear fireworks this week here!
