If you use the ratio of 0.145 as disclosed, the fair value that CO1 should trade that is 11-11.5c mark. The fact that it is trading lower than this implies that there is a material discount and you should theoretically be buying or increasing your position (I am), or I am wrong and some people some know information I don't.
