Where's Skyscraper when you need him. His Placha nepotism concerns have been fixed!
At first glance it doesn't inspire confidence - but I am comforted that they're unhappy with progress and addressing it fast. The new guy looks well credentialed and is obviously here to make it happen.
Just guessing - but wondering whether the "...full review of the operational platform processes..." means they've had some quality issues and missed some sales? Speculation only.
