    Placement of 42.8 million shares @.007c to raise $300,000 via sophisticated investors, (with one free attaching option, exercisable @.007 in 3 years)

    Funds will be used for working capital (subject to share holder approval?)

    Hopefully now we can get the show on the road, and start mining mineral sands?
