The closing arguments were heard in April 2017. There is no time limit the Arbitrator's have to keep to in finalising their decision. Hopefully Singapore will be quite quick compared to China and France that often take another year or two.
WEC really need to see a decision in their favour against Bayan and an appropriate award. All this started in December 2011.
