They are rolling the farms into ahf 1st converting it from tau to a trust then rolling it into ahf somehow (well this is what they say atleast).
I think once they have them in ahf they are going to leverage them with joint partners/ or thats how they plan to aquire more farms through that arrangement (something like that).
No capital raising under .20c as it is not feasible to so definitely wont be going down that path.
They did mention that there were still 3 parties interested in j/v. Allthough they didnt mention who (top secret).
They seem to want to pump out our own brand products domestically and get into exporting organic milk powder and UHT.

Really was a bit wishy washy about the whole webinar.
To their credit im glad they did it but i was expecting some more concrete stuff.
