I would also make this point - the management at Tesserent, in my experience, do take shareholder feedback on board, including things said on hot copper.
I have provided feedback to Karen Negus and, without exception, it has always been taken on board in a polite and professional manner.
I thought the website needed sprucing up and gave some feedback. I am not taking credit for it, but in recent times the website has been given a great spruce up - it was probably scheduled for a spruce up in any event. There are other examples I could give where it is clear that things that I have said have been acknowledged. That is not to say that every thing a shareholder says is acted upon - but Keith and Karen do listen to what is said and I think they appreciate feedback from shareholders - if it is constructive and not simply abuse or complaining about the share price.
I have absolutely no doubt Karen Negus will prepare a good preso to accompany the upcoming 4C. She really has been a great acquisition for Tesserent.
