Pretty much along the lines of my expectations. They are in flux at the moment, needing to offload the last tranche of the houses and realize the gains, return some of this to shareholders and maybe use the balance to pay down debt, that then leaves us with the income from Patriots Point dwellings. Think I read somewhere this was on a 9% yield, might be wrong. So its a waiting game now, first expectation of a cash return is when the remaining houses are sold. Taking a while, maybe playing hard ball. I can wait.
