Look Subbysuff, there is no agenda.... just a bleeding holder done over by management decisions in terms of SP... I have accepted the paper loss and look forward to a share price appreciation to recoup paper loss and run. But new holders need to know the risks with this management team

If you recall, those management mistakes were heavily punished by the shareholders very recently, and the market, when they chose to raise at the very low when shares were trading much higher in recent times. In fact dumbfounding price action prior suggested some people perhaps knew what was coming.

So they chose to raise on the very cheap, and collected $15k from the entire retail registry. And besides being a very poor, in fact beyond poor response, it was revealed later that management didn't even put their hand in their own pocket to send a signal to the market, for the second time now....

Now look....if it were me running the business, and based on that very poor shareholder response which many including me received telecalls from broker begging for participation, I would be buying maximum allocation to give the market a signal, but they didn't.

To me it seems like management are only keen to secure a secure a pay check, not contribute to capital raises, and are very happy to raise equity on the lowest point of the cycle.

There is nothing at all in this business which screams to me that management have shareholder capital preservation in their best interest
