I do think the offer was legitimate. CH2 I think, but I could be wrong. It was pretty stupid of CW to mess with the binding contract that they had with Sigma, and it would be even more stupid if they did so on the basis of a fake competitor's offer. Now, Sigma is in the driver's seat because if CW do plead no defence - Sigma win. CW will likely incur not only their own legal fees, but Sigma's also. If CW want to negotiate now, I would say Sigma have them by the short and curly's and we may just go back to business as usual - at least until 2019.
