I think u have missed the unstated . The new management have "optimised " the pit and added an underground component. So yes added to capex but u would have to hope increased production -signficantly if the delays are looked at in a positive frame of mind.
BSG a debt free company could have raised debt finance easily I would think for a short period and so close to positive cash flow.
The BSG directors have always kept the company well funded. Who likes dilution? not me .But important to maintain adaquate funding.
Also Coeur still looking to bring all major projects on line.
