I have explained before as to how SIG has been sold off based on hot air. Chemist warehouse (CW) is never going to win in court because a contract is a contract and by all logic it is binding unless it is written by an unqualified person. The logic around the sell off just does not hold water whatsoever because it was based on an untenous comment made by a competing business and nothing else.
