Ann: Camperdown Dairy Company Clarification, page-3

Pity the title of the document is "Announcement - Australian Lian Venture", a copy and paste error but still a bit of a rookie error.

I'm still confused as to what Camperdown Dairy Company actually owns when in the diagram it says

"Owns Camperdown Dairy Company
factory"

So it owns the factory (in blue) but leases the land? I thought CDC (not to add to the name confusion) owned some of the plant in the building, but not the building itself. Is a factory the building, the plant in it or both combined? Ordinarily I would have thought both.
