The tailings retreatment will actually take pressure off the enviro bonds, not put pressure on them, as they are normally based on area of disturbance and potential for enviro releases, obviously processing the tailings (as well as being profitable) will reduce both the area of disturbance and risk profile of the site. How could cleaning up the site put pressure on the enviro bonds?
