i got a bit less than you, as the franking account needs to be reduced by the franking for the dividend about to be paid. Also the vesting of the various incentive shares is going to be brought forward so they will be included, so that is around 4,500,000 extra shares.
The franking credit is still a benefit for everyone isn't it, as it reduces tax payable even for high income bracket people? There is going to be either capital gain or income tax paid and this will allow capital gain to be less, while providing a tax offset on the income part. Clearly better for people like me with an SMSF in pension mode.
