It has been 14 months that this company has been in suspension and the same old same old is being spouted.

Back in July 2016 "Fresh Milk for Fiji" the company announced a fictional story.

Paragraphs 1. & 2. Organic Dairy Farm on a 1,000 acre organic farm producing 5 million litres in 3 years time with potential export opportunities .
Has anybody really have the knowledge or thought this through in a rational manner. Then talk of potential export opportunities big ask is When and To Whom hazard a guess never,

Paragraph 4. To take place following completion of planned Australian acquisition. Their(AYB/PDF) expertise in farming and production.
Well where is their Australian acquisition? The goal posts seem to change day to day. Quotation of their expertise in farming and production leaves a lot to be desired, upon reading ASX announcements on this company over the last 4 years paints a different picture.

Paragraph 7. Pasteurizing and bottling plant.
How much is really going to be spent on buying organic land, building a dairy, housing, set up of farm, livestock, plant, machinery,and a processing plant. The $'s to do as they say will cost a hell of a lot more than 5 farms in Australia and take profits from the Australian farms to prop up off shore companies. Upon searches on Google and talking to those who have dairy farmed in Fiji it is not a profitable venture as history has shown.

Lessons to be learned here are the company needs Directors that have the expertise in the space that they are looking to enter and management that has the score on the board. Look at BAL and AHF, they are in exactly the same dilemma, cart before the horse and then look at BGA from 10 years ago till today.
