I didn't realise things were so grim on the work front until Saturday just gone when talking to a person in Darwin who was made redundant and stated most staff have left on their own accord or have been made redundant since April due to no projects being tendered or awarded.

Which I find hard to believe as every other SMPEI contractor is flat out tendering and manning up!

Surely with Downer, Santos, cablelogic and JV partnerships with multinationals revenues can't be too bad?
