Had a look at acquisition details
$2.2 mil worth of shares issued to Instos during the raise ($4.5mil) will settle tomorrow at 25 cents. Rest of the shares will settle after AGM on 11-12 August.
3.6 mil shares issued to owners of VOD -25% escrowed for 9 months and rest escrowed for 12 months.
All depends on who the instos are who took part in the raise .
