Someone earlier remarked how ironic it would be if CDE rejected the proposal, they seem to be having trouble accepting it afterall. I've been thinking about that and conclude it would be a disaster for BSG.

How would this seem to the punters: "Town's most desperate bachelor rejects the only girl that would talk to him! What a dog she must be." or if BSG shareholders vote against: "BSG stuck with a lame-duck board, already shown to be incompetent, that has admitted that BSG is overvalued when compared to a loser."
