Certainly strange that a central bank is so openly trading equity - doesn't reconcile to short data - there isn't that much having been declared short sold

Others are in there as well not quite reporting short sales

I won't tell the current management what dondo as they have been great in bringing it back from brink- paying off huge amounts of debts to be debt free and have a lot of growing cash on balance sheet

I'd suggest they threaten a buy back of 100 m- see who is also short in big amounts and send this puppy back well over 3
