Well actually yes there was something new if you are at all interested (but it appears you may not be). Rent Resume didn't exist when I did my first analysis. Looked at it a bit more as everyone here seems to be getting quite excited by it (yourself included).
Found out it definitely isn't anything special at all and it is actually way behind the mark when it comes to the market. Another 6-12 years to catch up to its where its competitor was 3.5 years ago isn't a great investment case!
