Major new Competitor Emerges

I have been doing some research on IBN and only just found out that another online company called
apartmentdevelopments.com.au has emerged with a really good online offering. This site has only been
rolled out for apartments in Melbourne and Sydney, but based on what I see, it has the capacity to do
real damage to IBN in terms of being the preferred site for apartment purchasing in future. I have tried
to find out who runs it and who owns it but I haven't been able to get that information. I buy new has
a good model but competitors could and will emerge like apartmentdevelopments.com.au. This space
will probably become a really competitive space. Lets hope IBN will be able to maintain its place and
grow sales. On the matter of sales, I understand the business has recently added sales agents, and I have
been following the facebook and twitter sites of the company. At the moment I am not seeing the level
of sales that I had hoped to see, sales are mentioned from time to time, but not enough for me at the
moment to want to jump in. The emergence of new competitor/s has also made this a more difficult
business to invest in.
