It might be, since everyone knows that the current sp is heavily undervalued based on the fundamentals.
But I reckon the majority holders' cost are all higher than 18c level, so please don't be surprised to see the sp standing at >18c in the next few days, especially the long waiting Strategies will be released before this Friday.
It might be done by Michael and his private club members, they are trying to grab more shares to avoid the coming 2nd strike.
IMO, I prefer the first possibility, someone is aiming to take it over, if the trading volume keeps climbing up in the next few days, let's wait and see.
