If you are referring to the short form prospectus it says that it closes on 26th June 2007 which is Tuesday so if it was an offer to the public then you would have to send your ceque in straight away.
However, as earlier indicated I suspect it was part of their recent placement. I will phone up the company on Monday and post the outcome here.
