Indeed. Assuming some portion of the 40 Million placed to insto's will be outside the exisiting shareholder base, why do small companies on the ASX..even those as it appears - doing well like this one - seem IMHO to think they have to "rush" the source of funding? That is the usual excuse I find. "Arranging capital via the ASX and rule 7.1 is so arduous and time consuming, we can't raise in house the proper and fair and equitable way via a RR issue or the like" (Is often the usual excuse I seem to get back from companies). Will that be the excuse this time? Whilst I am not saying it is on this occasion, why not be fair and equitable to all existing holders? Why does the ASX make the whole process so arduous and time consuming that companies can't do the correct thing by their exisiting holders? After all isn't it they who have taken the risk? ASX Rule 7.1 is a shambles and disfavours exisiting shareholders IMHO and here we appear to have yet another example? I look forward as a significant shareholder of HSN to hear managements take on this. NA and DYOR and all IMHO. JG
