Countervailing arguments:
- Quite a bit of Exploration sucesses has been delineated.
- Mine has been run before mitigating risks mining risks noted.
- Most others you taking about haven't got financing and if the're punished like HRR it will even the field.
- Low debt mitigates mining risk a lot.
Still I think your assessment is excellent and you've hit it on the head.
