- Christopher Hill, Philip Carter and David McEvoy of PPB Advisory were appointed receivers and managers of Ten Network
- Receivers and managers have negotiated an amendment and restatement of co's existing facility agreement to secure a $30 mln funding package
- Funding package will allow business to continue to trade as a going concern
