With Panda Hill Tanzania Ltd being registered in Mauritius (I wonder why??), the Tanzanian Govt probably have a relevant axe to grind.
Not 100% certain, but from earlier reading of the Scheme Booklet, I am pretty sure something like this could give Tremont a valid reason to pull the plug on the takeover. Mind you, with events that would inevitably follow - that would probably play right back into Tremont's hands....in a big way!!
To be honest, I lost complete confidence in CXX after attending last year's AGM (what a joke that was!). Glad I got out - but I do wish the best for those still in.
